DQI LEADER KEY (ONE KEY PER DQI ASSESSMENT)
$500 per key - A key allows for an unlimited number of respondents to complete the DQI questionnarie within a 10 day period. You provide the certified DQI Facilitator or Trailblazer. DQI Scorecard will automatically be produced; based upon common guidelines.
It is suggested that the DQI be run on a project five times from inception/conception through until a period of six months after completion of the project (post-occupancy)
DQI FACILITATED SESSION
$3,500 for a facilitated session (for a one-half day session to include a DQI Scorecard). A DQI Scorecard will be produced according to the specific needs of your organization. Comprehensive design quality assessments are available on project basis.
ON-SITE TRAINING
$8,500 Train the Trainer Session - If your organization would like to internalize the DQI process and teach in-house resources how to facilitate the DQI tool for use throughout your project roster, the "Train the Trainer" option would be a cost-effective solution. With this option, up to 15 people can be trained to administer and interpret the DQI for your organization.
CONSULTING
Hourly based - Integration of the DQI as a KPI metric for public officials can be performed on a project-based basis.
